Precision Sintered Products believes that processes that are in control provide the best route to high quality finished components with cost effective manufacturing process and to meet or exceed customer requirements. Our extensive secondary department includes drilling, tapping, milling, turning centers, assembly units, deburring and oil impregnation. Qualified local sources are available for resin impregnation, plating and heat treating. PSP provides an in-house materials testing lab for hardness evaluation and analysis of physical properties. Our Quality Precision Sintered Products is a quality conscious company. The raw materials used for manufacturing are purchased along with test certificate of Chemical & Physical analysis. All the operations are carried out in-house to ensure high quality products. To control the quality of the products, measurements are carried out at different stages of manufacturing by the respective production workers and Inspectors. The instruments used by the workers for making measurements are calibrated/cross checked with the instruments that are available in the inspection room. Random checking of products is carried out by the inspection person/supervisor to counter check the quality of production. Once the products are manufactured in all respects and ready for packing, final inspection or 100% inspection is carried out by the quality inspector or supervisor for dimensional parameters and any other parameters specified by the customer.
